Control access to your Panora workspace by assigning Discord server roles with limited visibility.
The Panora Workspace Permissions system allows you to control which roles from your connected Discord server have access to a workspace. You can manage this under:
Visit the Panora Dashboard, log in, and select your desired workspace.
From the sidebar, navigate to the Settings tab, then open the Permissions section. Need help getting started? See Initial Setup

Configure Roles
Use the toggle switches next to each role to grant or revoke access.
Only roles toggled ON will have visibility into the workspace.
This feature ensures that only trusted roles can view or manage workspace content — with access scoped to your chosen settings.
Only the Workspace Owner and users with the Admin Role can modify the permissions section.Once roles are selected, users with those roles will be able to access the workspace, but with limited visibility:

Activity Tracking (Elite only)
These roles are restricted from seeing sensitive or advanced configuration
pages unless explicitly given access through role permissions.
Staff members granted a Session Role will see the Sessions tab.
Those with a Moderation Role will see the Moderation tab.These tabs only appear for users with the appropriate roles configured under permissions.
