This guide walks you through setting up Roblox group roles, configuring binds, and syncing them with your Discord server. You’ll also find helpful commands, dashboard tips, and best practices to ensure a smooth setup.

Setting Up Roles and Binds

Linking your Roblox group roles with your Discord server helps automate role assignments and ensures a seamless experience across both platforms.

Command: /setup_group_roles

Fetches all roles from your Roblox group and creates matching roles in your Discord server.

Example Usage:

/setup_group_roles

Binds

Binds let you connect Roblox roles to one or more Discord roles. Here’s how to set them up:

1

Open Your Workspace

Visit the Panora Dashboard, log in with your Discord account, and select the relevant workspace. From the sidebar, navigate to the Binds tab.
See Initial Setup

2

Create a New Bind

On the Binds page, click the + New Binding button. A modal will appear allowing you to configure the bind.

3

Configure the Bind

Select the Roblox role you want to bind. Then choose one or more Discord roles to assign when a user has the specified Roblox role.

4

Save the Bind

After configuring the bind, click Create Bind. It will now appear in your list of binds and automatically sync role changes.

You can now assign custom nicknames to users via binds!
After creating a bind, click the “Edit” icon to set a nickname format.

Available variables:

  • {username} – Roblox username
  • {displayName} – Roblox display name
  • {id} – Roblox user ID

These will be automatically replaced when assigning the nickname.

  3. Manage Roles & Binds: Use the UI to add, remove, or update roles and binds.

Guidelines & Security

  1. Permissions Ensure the bot has the necessary permissions in Discord and the appropriate rank in your Roblox group to manage members and roles.

  2. Roblox Cookie Safety Your Roblox security cookie is confidential. Never share it. Panora does not store or access your cookie—it’s only used temporarily for your actions.

  3. Deleting a Workspace Navigate to Settings in the dashboard sidebar. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Workspace.

⚠️ This is permanent and requires your Workspace ID.
