1. Discord Terms of Service & Guidelines

You must always follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Panora Discord server. Failure to comply may result in removal from our community.

2. Respect & Community Conduct

Respect is required at all times—towards customers, users, and staff. Engaging in or encouraging drama, inciting conflict, or displaying disrespectful behavior may lead to serious consequences. Our services and servers are intended to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.

3. Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination

Panora maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind—including but not limited to gender, race, religion, or identity. Threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse will result in immediate suspension or permanent bans.

4. Inappropriate Content

Posting, sharing, or speaking about inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. This includes NSFW material, offensive slurs, sexually explicit content, or hateful language. Violations will be met with swift action.

5. Spamming & Raiding

Spamming messages, emojis, or links, as well as organizing or participating in raids, is forbidden. Doing so will result in immediate removal or ban from all Panora platforms.

6. Advertising

Advertising other servers, bots, websites, or communities without explicit permission from Panora management is not allowed. This includes unsolicited DMs to other users. Violators may be banned without warning.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Do not share any private or confidential information—including internal decisions, user data, or private conversations. Panora prioritizes user safety and expects members to do the same. Discussions involving sensitive topics should remain internal or reported appropriately.

8. Online Dating & Sexual Conduct

Panora strictly prohibits online dating (e-dating) and sexually suggestive conduct within its platforms, in alignment with Discord’s policies. Violators will face permanent bans.

9. Derogatory & Sensitive Topics

Discussions that include derogatory language or controversial political, religious, or social commentary are discouraged and may be moderated or removed. This is to ensure a welcoming and neutral environment for all users.

10. Violating Community Guidelines

Any behavior that undermines Panora’s community standards, including harassment, hate speech, or sharing harmful content, will result in immediate suspension. Respect for others is a core value and is strictly enforced.

11. Fraudulent Activity

Any form of fraud—including payment manipulation, identity theft, or exploiting promotions via fake accounts—will result in immediate suspension and be reported to legal@panora.cc for further investigation.

12. Misuse of Personal Information

Improper handling, sharing, or selling of user data is strictly forbidden and will result in blacklisting and possible legal action. We are committed to user privacy and take such matters seriously.

13. Illegal Activities

Engaging in any form of illegal activity—either within or outside the platform while representing Panora—will result in permanent suspension and possible legal reporting.

14. Impersonation

Pretending to be another user, staff member, or organization with the intent to deceive is a serious offense and will result in immediate account suspension.

15. Abuse of Support Services

Misusing Panora’s support channels (e.g., filing false reports, harassing support staff, or abusing ticket systems) will result in temporary or permanent loss of support access and possible service suspension.

16. Violating Intellectual Property Rights

Using copyrighted content without appropriate permission is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property violations are forwarded to legal@panora.cc for further action. We stand firmly with creators’ rights. The content within this document, including but not limited to the rules, structure, and language, is the intellectual property of Panora Connect. Copying, redistributing, or using any part of this document or other official Panora documentation without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
