### Role Overview

* **Location:** Remote
* **Age Requirement:** 14+
* **Weekly Quota:** 150 public messages per week
* **Payment:** Roblox Currency (Robux)

### Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to user tickets in our Discord servers.
* Provide clear, helpful, and professional assistance via Intercom live chat.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
* Maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions.
* Uphold Panora’s standards of customer service and professionalism.

### Requirements

* Strong written communication skills.
* Experience with Discord and/or Intercom preferred.
* Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
* Professional, courteous, and patient demeanor.
* Availability to meet weekly message quotas.
