Customer Support Member

As a Customer Support Member at Panora, you will be on the front lines of delivering exceptional support to our users. You’ll handle inquiries through Discord server tickets and live chats.

Role Overview

  • Location: Remote

  • Age Requirement: 14+

  • Weekly Quota: 150 public messages per week

  • Payment: Roblox Currency (Robux)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user tickets in our Discord servers.

  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional assistance via Intercom live chat.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.

  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions.

  • Uphold Panora’s standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Experience with Discord and/or Intercom preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.

  • Professional, courteous, and patient demeanor.

  • Availability to meet weekly message quotas.
