### Role Overview

* **Location:** Remote
* **Age Requirement:** 14+
* **Weekly Quota:** 150 public messages per week
* **Payment:** Roblox Currency (Robux)

### Responsibilities

* Respond to brand and partner tickets in our Discord servers.
* Handle “Of-The-Day” posts and maintain consistent engagement with the community.
* Host and moderate events on behalf of Panora.
* Represent Panora professionally at all partner interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborations.
* Uphold Panora’s standards of professionalism and brand representation.

### Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Discord ticketing systems preferred.
* Ability to handle multiple inquiries and events efficiently.
* Professional, courteous, and proactive demeanor.
* Availability to meet weekly message quotas.
