A suspended or banned Panora account indicates that the user has violated the Terms of Service. This restriction is permanent and prevents access to all Panora services, including dashboards.

Recommended Actions
Review Email Communication – Panora Connect will provide additional information regarding the reason for the suspension.
Submit an Appeal – If you believe the suspension was issued in error, follow the appeal instructions provided via email. Include all relevant details to support your case.
Await Review – Appeals are reviewed by Panora staff. The outcome will be communicated through official channels.
Important Notes
Creating new accounts to bypass a ban is strictly prohibited and may result in further enforcement action.
