Panora Workspace Suspended

A suspended workspace indicates that one or more policies have been violated or suspicious activity has been detected. During suspension, all workspace functionality—including dashboards.

Common Reasons for Suspension

  • Violations of Panora’s Terms of Service

  • Detection of suspicious or unauthorized activity

  • Policy compliance reviews initiated by Panora staff

  1. Submit an Appeal – To request reinstatement, submit an appeal using the instructions provided in your workspace dashboard or via email from Panora Connect.

  2. Provide Supporting Information – Include any relevant context or evidence that may help Panora staff review your case accurately.

  3. Monitor Communication – Panora staff will communicate the outcome of your appeal through official channels.

Important Notes

  • Suspended workspaces that do not submit a successful appeal within 1–2 months may be permanently deleted, including all associated data.
