A suspended workspace indicates that one or more policies have been violated or suspicious activity has been detected. During suspension, all workspace functionality—including dashboards.

Common Reasons for Suspension
Violations of Panora’s Terms of Service
Detection of suspicious or unauthorized activity
Policy compliance reviews initiated by Panora staff
Recommended Actions
Submit an Appeal – To request reinstatement, submit an appeal using the instructions provided in your workspace dashboard or via email from Panora Connect.
Provide Supporting Information – Include any relevant context or evidence that may help Panora staff review your case accurately.
Monitor Communication – Panora staff will communicate the outcome of your appeal through official channels.
Important Notes
Suspended workspaces that do not submit a successful appeal within 1–2 months may be permanently deleted, including all associated data.
